About Casa Palma
Casa Palma is a curated event and community platform based in Miami, Florida. We organize intimate drop experiences ("Drops") for our community members.
Signing Up
By submitting your information through our signup form, you consent to receive communications from Casa Palma regarding upcoming drops, updates, and related information. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Drop Attendance
Signing up for a Drop does not guarantee attendance. Casa Palma reserves the right to curate guest lists based on capacity and community fit. The address for each Drop is shared on the day of the event to confirmed guests only.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a Drop you have confirmed for, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance at [email protected]. This allows us to offer your spot to another guest.
Ticketed Events
For ticketed Drops, payment is required to confirm your spot. Refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase. Casa Palma is not responsible for no-shows without prior notice.
Photography and Content
Casa Palma may photograph or document Drops for content purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed in group settings. If you have concerns, please notify us before the event.
Conduct
We expect all guests to treat others with respect and kindness. Casa Palma reserves the right to remove guests who engage in disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive behavior.
Limitation of Liability
Casa Palma is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance at our events. Guests attend at their own risk.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
